Day 13 – grammer exercise

Noun – It’s the name of a thing. Eks: A car .

Adjective – A thing who descibes a thing. Eks: A red jacket.

Adverb -A word who describes the verb. Eks: To run fast.

Verb – A thing that desribes what you do. Eks: To drive.

Conjunction – A word that binds the words together, like if, but & and. Eks: If you hadn’t run so fast, could I win.

Pronoun – It’s a word you can replace a name with. Or a person, or a thing with. Eks: I, you, he she it.

Reflexive pronoun – Is for example: yourself, myself,themself.

Preposition – It’s a word that can mark time. Eks: until, at, during.

Please bend these 5 verbs:

To run – ran – have run

To jump – jumped – have jumped

To climb – climbed – have climbed

To be – were/was – have been

To throw – threw – have thrown

Write 10 pronouns:

10 pronouns: He, she, it,is,her,we,them,he,I, you.

Write 10 nouns:

10 nouns: London, webcamera, telephone, Ipod, Sunndalsøra, Flower, TV, car, Sunndal high school, Big Ben.

Write 5 sentences and underline the verb in each sentence.  All sentences should be at least 6 words long.

I am doing homework right now.

He slapt on my face again.

She looked at me, like I was a man.

I sleeped when he drived home.

I am taking all of your money.

You just took my pencil for a minute ago.
